BMI Healthcare is a private healthcare provider that operates numerous hospitals offering a range of medical services, including consultations, diagnostics, treatments, and surgeries across various specialties. Through the pandemic their hospitals were under immense pressure and required their Executive Directors to be at their best, individually and collectively. This was a journey of building a high performing team in the most extreme circumstances.


Overview

The experience aimed to elevate 14 Executive Directors in leading their hospital to excellence, where 'good' transcends to 'outstanding', fostering cultures of continuous improvement by bringing them together as a high performing leadership team.

Ross crafted an initiative anchored in the ethos of 'Better Never Stops', drawing inspiration from Team GB's mantra leading up to the London 2012 Olympics. This resonant narrative galvanized diverse athletes, coaches, and supporters, and enabled World Class team performance under extreme pressure.

Keynote speakers, ranging from a Chief Superintendent of the MET Police to an MD of LEGO UK, were carefully selected to catalyze transformative change. Through individual and team coaching sessions, supplemented by 360 feedback and collaborative problem solving, Ross facilitated a deep exploration of 'Better Never Stops', tailoring its principles to build a high performing leadership team made up of 14 Executive Directors, that valued the power of the collective.
