Leadership Experience.
Finastra is a fintech organisation with over 9,000 employees globally with customers that include 90 of the top 100 banks. Finastra are innovative and want to disrupt. To do this they were building an open access platform that will revolutionise the Financial Service industry, accelerating collaboration and innovation. They recognised the influential role its Leaders and Mangers had to play in achieving this. Finastra wanted to set them up for success.
Overview
Ross owned the Fundamentals and Advanced experiences, end to end, that engaged Finastra’s entire population of 1,000 People Managers, to foster leadership capability across all levels of seniority in over 15 global locations.
Ross designed bespoke experiences that were impactful, meaningful and inspiring for the whole leadership population. He consulted and co-designed with senior stakeholders and the Executive Leadership Team to create leadership experiences that were closely aligned to Finastra’s purpose and strategy, whilst challenging the status quo.
Ross coached and facilitated key elements. Then recruited and upskilled an internal delivery team to execute the roll out of other global initiatives. Key to Finastra was making the experience real. Getting leaders to solve actual business challenges rather than exploring abstract theories.
