Founder Story.
Ross Hunter is a high-performance enabler who has been elevating performance in businesses, teams and individuals for over two decades. His deep expertise and passion lies in enhancing performance in real-time.
Ross’ experience of high performance began in elite sport, as a player and coach, competing on the World stage, then in a Global Consultancy, partnering with start ups, SMEs and worldwide brands, to most recently as part of a FTSE 20 organisation that has consistently outperformed its competitors on the Stock Market.
Through his extensive experience, Ross has observed that businesses teams and individuals, often lack awareness of their own human performance, especially when it comes to key qualities like communication and building trust. Traditional performance management and reviews are flawed—inefficient, subjective and infrequent. Diagnosis of performance is often based on hearsay. Even when teams and individuals recognise their underperformance, their solutions are typically limited to away days, retreats or offsite interventions, out of context, where individuals present their best selves and share stories, resulting in minimal lasting change.
A new solution is needed. As Head Coach of an International Blind Sports Team, Ross witnessed first hand how each player, despite their blindness, had a clear understanding of their performance. The difference. Feedback was not optional but essential. Analysis of performance happened in real-time. Players received feedback and information from teammates in the moment, ensuring that valuable insights were factual, frequent, timely and enhanced future performance.
Ross’ innovative approach stems from this experience. By using researched theories on performance and real-time analysis, he makes intangible concepts like trust and leadership visible. Once visible, these concepts can be analysed and understood in real-time. This gives businesses, teams, and individuals, the insights they need to make informed and objective decisions about how to perform in the future. This is the foundation of Real-Time.

RELX, a leading FTSE 20 corporation, operates on a global scale, with a workforce of over 35,000 individuals worldwide.
Ross's journey within RELX was one of progressive responsibility and impact. Beginning as the Head of Coaching, Ross spearheaded initiatives to fortify the coaching culture, instilling coaching skill, and integrating coaching seamlessly into everyday operations.
Ross then assumed the pivotal position of Talent Partner, coaching business critical teams and individuals to high performance in real time, steering the global leadership strategy, and driving the execution of the Talent agenda. In this role Ross began to understand how ineffective performance analysis and management was in enabling higher performance.

From start ups to worldwide brands, in a mix of sectors, Ross was responsible for client needs from inception to fruition, until the desired behavioural shifts and team transformations were firmly established.
In addition, Ross served as a distinguished keynote speaker, employing the power of storytelling and drawing from his extensive experience in international-level sports to actualize the concepts of trust, feedback, coaching, and leadership, enriching audiences with invaluable insights.

England Cricket Head Coach and Professional Cricketer
Ross has joined an acclaimed list of England Cricket coaches. He is the 21st coach of an England Cricket Team and is recognised as one of the top 1% highest qualified coaches in the UK.
Ross had responsibility of nurturing and guiding the England Blind Cricket Team, steering them through the rigors of international competitions, including World Cups, as well as competing in home and away tours against the World’s best opposition.
As a Head Coach of an international team, Ross’ duties encompassed the comprehensive analysis, development, and coaching of the squad to unlock their full potential in real time. This was the catalyst for Ross’ expertise in maximising performance in the flow of action, and an opportunity to explore trust and feedback in a unique team. Both of which were pivotal to their success and essential rather than a choice.
Before that, Ross began his journey as a Professional Cricketer himself, competing Internationally in a World Cup. This is the foundation for Ross’ obsession with high performance and the actualisation of true potential.
