Ross has built a reputation as a catalyst for transformation and leverages a broad skillset to build teams. He is an expert coach, skilled facilitator, inspiring keynote and recognised thought leader and co-author on the topics of trust, feedback and coaching.

The depth of Ross’ experience and the variety of environments in which he has enabled high performance define him. A rare foundation that puts him at the forefront of driving excellence. Beginning in elite sport, as a player and coach, competing on the World stage, then in a Global Consultancy, fostering high performing teams in start ups, SMEs and worldwide brands, to most recently as part of a FTSE 20 organisation that has consistently outperformed its competitors on the Stock Market.

    RELX, a leading FTSE 20 corporation, operates on a global scale, with a workforce of over 35,000 individuals worldwide.

    Ross's journey within RELX was one of progressive responsibility and impact. Beginning as the Head of Coaching, Ross spearheaded initiatives to fortify the coaching culture, instilling coaching skill, and integrating coaching seamlessly into everyday operations. This was a strategic shift to bolster employee engagement, harness the full potential of a skilled workforce, and maximise the power of high performing teams.

    Ross then assumed the pivotal position of Talent Partner, coaching business critical teams to high performance, steering the global leadership strategy, and driving the execution of the Talent agenda.

    Ross pioneered initiatives centered on Teams, Leadership, and behaviour change, such as building coaching capability, to enable higher performance in a diverse portfolio of global businesses. From start ups to worldwide brands, in a mix of sectors, Ross was responsible for client needs from inception to fruition, until the desired behavioral shifts and team transformations were firmly established.

    In addition, Ross served as a distinguished keynote speaker, employing the power of storytelling and drawing from his extensive experience in international-level sports to actualize the concepts of trust, feedback, and coaching, enriching audiences with invaluable insights and inspiring higher performance within teams and organisations.

  • England Cricket Head Coach and Professional Cricketer

    Ross has joined an acclaimed list of England Cricket coaches. He is the 21st coach of an England Cricket Team and is recognised as one of the top 1% most qualified coaches in the UK.

    Ross had responsibility of nurturing and guiding the England Blind Cricket Team, steering them through the rigors of international competitions, including World Cups, as well as competing in home and away tours against the World’s best opposition.

    As a Head Coach of an international team, Ross’ duties encompassed the comprehensive development, performance enhancement, and coaching of the squad to unlock their full potential. This was a unique experience and catalyst for Ross’ expertise in trust and feedback. Both were pivotal to the success of this team in particular.

    Before that, Ross began his journey as a Professional Cricketer himself, competing Internationally in a World Cup. This is the foundation for Ross’ obsession with high performing teams.
