Driven by a commitment to helping others succeed, Ross has honed his skills in diverse settings. Starting in elite sport as a player and coach competing on the world stage, then in a global consultancy, where he partnered with start ups, SMEs, and worldwide brands. Most recently, he played a pivotal role in a FTSE 20 organisation.
The inspiration for Ross’s real-time approach emerged during his time as Head Coach of an International Blind Sports Team. He witnessed how every player, despite their blindness, understood their performance with remarkable clarity. Analysis happened in real-time, feedback was immediate, and the richest opportunities for growth were seized in the moment.

In his role as Talent Partner, Ross took on even greater influence, analysing people performance behaviours, coaching high-stakes teams and individuals in real-time, shaping the global leadership strategy, and driving the execution of the Talent agenda to deliver measurable results.

Ross proudly joins the esteemed ranks of England Cricket coaches, becoming the 21st coach of an England Cricket Team and earning recognition as one of the top 1% highest-qualified coaches in the UK.
As Head Coach of the England Blind Cricket Team, Ross took on the responsibility of nurturing and guiding the squad through the demands of international competition. From World Cups to home and away tours against the world’s toughest opposition, he steered the team with precision and purpose.
In this role, Ross’s expertise extended to comprehensive performance analysis, strategic development, and real-time coaching, all aimed at unlocking the squad’s full potential on the global stage.
Before stepping into coaching, Ross began his cricketing journey as a Professional Cricketer, representing his country at an International World Cup and competing at the highest level.
